Ricky Olivarez was very professional, courteous, and respectful though out the visit. He worked efficiently, explained everything clearly. He provided helpful suggestions on a few air conditioner components that may need to be replaced in the future., which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. This place has completely gone off the rails since being sold. Long time service plan member, and the techs were great until the sale. Now they come out for service check ups, try to upsell, and when I declined an attempt today, they said everything was good. They left me with a broken A/C system and attempts to reach them to go a foreign call center instead of a local number. Getting someone back out quickly to fix what the first guys screwed up is impossible. The good techs are gone. Avoid these idiots!

We call to have a maintenance done in our home. Our unit was only five years old. We just need it to be check out before it gets hot. Travis was our technician. It was very clear, friendly. I'm very knowledgeable. He was prompt clean cute and prepared.

This started out great. Robert our sales person came to the house did a very thorough inspection for a ductless mini split to be installed. We agreed on placement and price. He stated the unit was compact and would nicely fit the area. Where the one star comes into place. His installers get here with a behemoth of a unit. Nothing what he described and what we thought we were getting. We stopped them from installing and immediately called them. My husband spoke to the GM (Patrick) and made it sound like it was no big deal and what was the problem. He also spoke with the sales person Robert and he back pedaled and said he got it confused. Made zero attempt to make it right. We had a few quotes that were less expensive but chose them based on Robert’s thoroughness but in the end the lack of service we got was very disappointing to say the least. It’s unfortunate because so many others had a great experience I wish that we could say the same!

We gave Arizona Dukes of Air a try when they merged with Sure Temp. We always had very good success with Sure Temp: great techs at a reasonable price who were timely and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately post merger it has been poor service. We had one positive service that I will give them credit for when they installed a soft starter where the tech was friendly and answered all of my questions. Other than that, Dukes of Air’s pricing structure gouges their customers and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone who can give you real answers when you have a question without an $80 callout fee. All of the customer service reps hide behind corporate policy and no one gives you a straight answer until the tech is standing in your doorway. On the latest call we got a diagnosis with condenser issues suspecting soft start issues. It turned out to be a run capacitor issue instead and they wanted over $400 to replace a $35 part that requires 15 minutes of work. Save your money and look elsewhere. We regret buying a continued maintenance plan with them and are trying to get our money at least partially refunded so we can find someone new.
