  My family member was gifted a wrought-iron mirror which had glass that gave a funhouse effect when you moved while looking at it. She asked for help transporting the mirror in my SUV since it's so large and heavy, which is where I became involved. We dropped off the mirror and she was called a few days saying it was "fixed." She did not ask for help this time and went to pick it up herself. Upon our visit we noticed the mirror has the exact same effect. She took it back on her own time and they told her she needed to pay MORE to get mirror glass without the "funhouse" effect. So, she paid more for another new mirror again which has the exact same effect. Our entire family sees this mirror and laughs, while these guys up-charged her to "fix" it twice. Now I saw she has the mirror sitting behind the couch as it is so embarrassing.

  I took a broken window with frame Into Arcadia glass hoping to get the right size of glass cut for my frame. The guy working took the piece into the back and returned 5 minutes later with new glass in frame. I was expecting to replace the glass myself. Thank you Arcadia glass for the great service, I will return for any other glass needs.

  Store manager explained how they would fabricate a new glass top for a family heirloom. Was told it would be ready Tuesday, and was ready when he said it would be. Thank you Arcadia glass!!
