  A great experience over all. There was one minor hiccup where an appointment wasn't scheduled, and I thought that it had been scheduled. Other than that, Jesus was courteous, and understood what needed to be done.

  The Service tech be came out to service. Our air-conditioning was extremely professional knowledgeable took the time to explain what he did what he found. What needed to be repaired or updated. I think he is an asset to your business. He should be recognized for his professionalism!!!

  Amazing company! I had an issue with my unit around 11am but we were able to resolve the issue ourselves but figured we should still get a check up just in case. I had Dave out by 2:30pm. He went through my unit thoroughly and advise us of a few things that would help with longevity and better use of the unit. They were pushy for sales which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this company to any friend or neighbor!!

  I just had my air conditioner replaced with Air Time and have been so appreciative of what a great job they did. My house is 100 years old and has never been very efficient with air-conditioning. They put in a new air conditioner and redid the oldest parts of my ductwork. Josh and David were the techs that did all the installation and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. They worked so hard and they left my house cleaner than it was when they got here, even after taking out all that ductwork and installing new. They were hard workers and very kind, and I felt very confident in their knowledge my whole experience with this company has been so helpful for such a not fun expense! I felt confident in their skills and support! I will highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable..

  "I just had a new heat pump installed by AirTime Cooling and Heating and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. My 1st call I spoke to Erica. She was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. She listens very well to what I was saying. She also was able to schedule a tech to come out to the house later that day to evaluate what needed to be done. Tyler came out later that day and did a very thorough job evaluating what needed be done. He actually did a load calculation to make sure I got the right size unite for my square footage, and to make sure my duck work was properly sized for adequate air flow (which it was not). The other issue he found was our attic insulation was nowhere near enough. The very next day they were installing a new heat pump. The crew led by Vince along with Nick and Mark were incredibly thorough. The 1st thing Vince said to me is "walk me thru everything that needs to be done, so we make sure we don't miss anything. Here again the crew was so knowledgeable, polite, courteous it was a pleasure to have them working here. The installation itself was clean and professional. They did a great job adding insulation to the addict to meet the recommend R value. This new unit is much quieter than my old unit, and the temperature in the house is finally consistent from room to room. If you’re looking for an HVAC company, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving this company a call. You wouldn't be disappointed! UPDATE; A huge shoutout to the install manager, Vince, for going way above and beyond. We realized a week after installation that our new 4-ton unit wasn’t cutting it. Vince came out to the house and didn't hesitate to prioritize our satisfaction and swapped it for a 5-ton unit right away. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this. They turned a stressful situation into a great one. If you want an HVAC company that actually cares about your home’s comfort and customer satisfaction this is the place." This is a 5+++ star company!!
