  I write reviews—good and bad—and I’m happy to share a great one. Kevin from Kool Line was professional, thorough, and straight to the point. He gave a fair estimate upfront, fixed the issue, cleaned the backed-up sewage from my tub, and even shared helpful maintenance tips. The price was very reasonable, and I was especially impressed that there were no extra charges for weekend service. Honest, reliable, and excellent work. I’d definitely call Kool Line again and highly recommend them.

  Kooline is my "go to" whenever I need maintence or repairs. I recently had them address issues at my sister's house. They were prompt professional and also treated me "as family". We need to replace her AC unit as well as her filtration system. Because of a Conservatorship we have to get Court approval for a large expense. This is something most companies don't want to deal with. Kooline is working with me to get this approved. They took pictures of the units showing clearly WHY this was necessary as well as Cost Invoice and notes to send to Court for approval. They have kept in touch to see how request is going as well as reminding me they are happy to help with anything Court needs to justify the replacements. It is unfortunate (and frustrating) to have to do this as well as time consuming. They are patiently waiting for decision from Court (as I am also) When/if approval is made (could be months) I will happily have them do the replacements. Their costs are completive but more important to me their Customer Service is excellent. I am and will continue to do business with them. Thank you all for your considerate and helpful service.

  **UPDATE** After receiving a response from the owner asking me to call so they could make things right, I followed up using the number provided. I spoke with a representative who took my name and contact information and said the owner would return my call. Unfortunately, it has now been over a week and I have not received any follow-up. I’m sharing this update so potential customers are aware—not only of the pricing concerns—but also of the lack of follow-through after being asked to reach out. Transparency matters, and I encourage others to keep this in mind when considering Kooline Plumbing. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First time using Kooline, pretty expensive. I needed to fix my toilet because it would not flush nominally once toiletry is added and would overflow but drain slowly. Here's a quick recap. Plumber arrived to my house and snaked the main pipe running towards my house and augered directly to my toilet. This took roughly about 30 minutes. This costed me $328 dollars plus $19 dollars to diagnose the issue. Still didn't fix the issue even the plumber was stumped. They also recommended that I replace my toilet with an American Standard brand because the current toilet I have, has been known to be defective. Kooline quoted me an additional $408 bucks to replace my old toilet with a new toilet, dispose old toilet and labor w/1 yr labor warranty and 3 year manufacture warranty included. I decided to replace my toilet myself. It costed me $175 bucks for a new toilet from Home Depot and with DIY YouTube videos I was able to fix my issue. I saved $233 bucks. Overall I had a great experience with customer service and Kyle who was the plumber that came out I just wouldn't recommend Kooline due to high prices and I would encourage others to get quotes from other plumbing companies first.   Amazing service by the technicians, honest and very professional very glad I found this company! They were very informative on what I needed done as far as cleaning my air ducts and the type of system we currently have , very grateful I found this company!
