Anthony was not pushy at all, he simply helped us find the best floor plan for us while providing us valuable information. Jason has been incredible. He has made sure all repairs have been complete, and even gives me great recommendations for community resources (mechanic and groomer). Very happy with the team here, and the quality of our new home!

They were just looking and did not even have their home on the market yet. They gathered some information and went on their way. Today as their home is now on the market and they are ready to move forward I reached out to make a connection and start the process for my client I was informed by the sales rep Chris that I cannot represent my client and if I did it would be "automatic firing for him". I have been a REALTOR for 10 years and I have represented many Buyers in New Build Contracts and this is the first time I have ever heard of a job being on the line. This has forced my Buyers to be unrepresented in the purchase of their home. A home in which they are building from out of state and will not be present to ensure everything is going smoothly and correctly. This screams unethical and leaves the Buyers open for misrepresentation.
