  Josh was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions respectfully. I asked him about cost of replacement since my AC are on their last leg and he told me he does know and he will let his company’s consultant know and he will get back to me. First AC company who did not try to nickel and dime me. From my experience dealing with contractors in my previous line of work, honesty and integrity goes a long way. Will recommend to friends and family in the area.

  I spoke with Paul and he turned my situation around. Which is great and gave me peace of mind. Huge Thank You to Alberto and Patrick who both came and fixed everything, and made things right. I’m grateful for the work that was done and I can truly say I highly recommend 911 Air to everyone. They do keep their word and make things better.   We highly recommend 911 Air Repair. Our air conditioning system was over 20 years old and clearly nearing the end of its life. I called to get estimates and learn what our options were for installing a new system. Jose came out, inspected everything inside and out, and even checked our ductwork — which is when he discovered a collapsed duct we didn’t know about. After reviewing the available systems, we decided on a variable‑speed Trane unit. Jose walked us through the entire process, explaining exactly what they would replace, correct, and upgrade during installation. Once the new system was installed, Art and Alex returned for a quality check to make sure everything was running properly. They also installed a new attic entry frame to replace the one they had to remove to get the heat pump into the attic — and that was included in the price. Their pricing was very competitive, and their service was outstanding. They made sure we felt valued and taken care of throughout the entire process.

  We needed to replace our 19 year old air conditioner and furnace system. We called four a/c companies for quotes. 911 not only came in with the lowest cost, they are selling Trane, one of the best models on the market. We spoke with Jose, whom was very informative, his non pressure attitude was very welcoming. Within a few days of purchasing the unit, the 911 team professionally removed the old system and installed the new system. They even stopped by a couple days later to retest the new system and do minor repairs to the attic access, which looks much better now then before they started the install. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use 911 Air Repair. You won't be disappointed. Plus they are local to Maricopa.

  It's been a year and I'm finally posting my review. My experience with 911 100% satisfaction from the estimate to lighting the pilot light . And these guys in the photo started early and walked out , you would never had known they had replaced two systems in our 2 story home as they left it spotless. Their friendly demeanour with myself and each other , just amazing . I fine young group of gentlemen. It's been a year now and 911 has been at my home twice only to check in and look over things each time making sure all is good . Today Josh a customer tech came by to check in on things , he was great even installed a couple filters for me that I had after he had finished his inspection routine. They are my go to as they were recommended to me and I must pass it on , you will not be disappointed. 100% professional. Thank you 911 Bryce
