- DDDani DezAug 23, 20251.0Tons of issues. Can't hang blinds, the toilet was already busted, and the community is honestly just shoddy for 90 dollar hoa fees.
- CDCraig DickmanDec 12, 20241.0Day 2 after moving in, and we have flooding. 2 months later, it is still not repaired... They also expect you to take time off work to take care of their mistakes. The buying process was stressful as well... There was a delay and very little inclusion or updates from our rep. If you buy from this builder, get an inspection 1st, and don't believe them when they say they will fix anything within the 1st 60 days. The manager/POC in charge of repairs within the 1st 60 days is vague, nonresponsive, and difficult to deal with. All of this while trying to prepare for a baby on the way. I did not expect to have buyers remorse... Beware of Starlight Homes
