Communication was extremely poor throughout the project — it was difficult to get updates or clear responses to my questions. Even worse, the installers left a noticeable hole between the tiles and the wall that my kitchen cabinets were installed.Despite being made aware of the issue, they never returned to fix it. I expected more professionalism and accountability. Manuel needs to supervise more the works job!
