Fast forward months later and we find water leaking in the bedroom below the AC. My sheet rock is damaged, insulation is trashed and possible mold now from when the AC leaking, tech stepped on the condensation line breaking it. Now Im being ghosted by the company after they said they would take care of the damages. We have photos, texts and recorded calls. Now we have no choice but to get an attorney involved.
