- BRBrandi RaeOct 31, 20251.0A large truck was making a delivery but they parked in the dead middle of our small street. They could have favored the left side or the right side of the street to leave something open for passing cars. Unfortunately, to get around them we had to drive into our neighbor's front yard landscapes. We tried calling the company to let them know and we were transferred to some guy, "Heath or Steve" I believe his name was, who was immediately defensive and irritable, and said "Well they're trying to make a delivery". So we reiterated that they could have favored the left side or the right side to leave room for residents to get through and he rudely said "or you can just be patient and let them do their job". This company has absolutely no regard for the residents in the area they are delivering too. We get VERY large delivery trucks on our street constantly, several times a week in fact, and we never have this issue. The trucks always favor one side of the street to leave room for passing vehicles. We have never had an interaction with, or even heard of this company, but I will tell you that this left a bad taste in our mouth at their lack of care or concern for the people around them.

My husband has needed various things for his new job in home construction and this place has had anything he needed, every time he needed it. Everyone there is very polite and quick to help me too. Fair prices that seem to be in line with competitors.
