As promised, he let us know when he was about 10 minutes out from arriving at our home. When scheduling they gave us a 2 hour window period and we were greatly pleased that Chris arrived just a few minutes ahead of the window start time. Chris was friendly and respectful. He seemed knowledgeable about the service being completed on our unit. We would highly recommend All American Air. Note: Price paid was for their annual service package (2 maintenance visits in 12 month period).
