  Devon showed up on time, was very professional and quickly detected the extent of the plumbing damage. He discussed repair options with me & then provided me with a reasonable quote for the repairs needed.

  We had Dustin Hansen come out for the annual go through of our systems. After he was gone we looked at each other and my wife said "that's the way it should be". He did what was needed explaining why and what possibly to expect in the future. We are in our eighty's and the comfort that he gave us had to be passed on to others.

  So far this company has been absolutely amazing! I very much appreciate that when you call them, a real human being answers the phone instead of some automated system that takes 20 minutes to navigate through before putting you on hold anyway. Crystal answered when I first called and was very sweet and knowledgeable. I then spoke to the scheduler Leena (Sorry, I’m not sure how to spell her name). She is also incredibly sweet and was able to get us onto the schedule the next morning for a shower drain clean (we had tried everything) and a water heater flush. The technician, Taylor, was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Unfortunately, we ended up needing to replace the water heater since it had a leak and was old, but he made the process much less stressful and was able to remove both the water heater we actually used as well as an old solar water heater than hasn’t worked since we bought the house. We have asked to hold off on replacing the new water heater until we can get the baseboard and any affected drywall repaired first, and that wasn’t an issue at all. We paid for half of the job up front, and will be paying the other half after the job is complete. I absolutely recommend this company. We haven’t had much luck with companies of any kind in this area. I’m so excited to have finally found one that takes pride in their company and their work. 100% recommended! You are all amazing! Thank you so much!
