I had a $29.95 tune-up appointment but ended op getting the upgrade to the roller replacement. I had full confidence in Brian. He showed me the beginning of corrosion and the loosening of the rollers. Job well done!

While they do offer the option of a ācustomer providedā installation where I provide the opener and they do the labor, their least expensive option for an opener they provide is over $1500. Going the customer provided route, I will end up paying about $450 all-in with parts and labor. Thatās an enormous difference. They simply priced themselves out of being competitive as a retailer to sell the actual opener. But I would recommend the company and Christopher specifically for sercice and installation.
