Refunded my service fee and also offered a very reasonable discount for the service. I still thought it was high and decided to go another route but appreciate the after service effort to make amends. The tech was fine, polite and professional but the quote was astronomical. Nearly 1400 dollars for springs (retail at about 100) and an hour of labor. Clearly the company is taking advantage of home owners. Also this morning received an ":inspection" that was absolutely fraudulent. The inspection was never completed as the work ended with a ridiculous quote. The photos attached to the inspection didn't even meet their own caption requirement. Avoid this company they are dishonest.
