His wife and daughter, who run the business side, were rude, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. No timelines were ever honored — the project was already 5 days late when Gary’s daughter told me, ‘If you don’t like it, find someone else,’ and the only ETA I ever got was ‘at some point.’ After being blown off for 10 days, they had no problem picking up the phone the moment they wanted payment. After weeks of being treated poorly, I was expected to drop everything and deliver a check immediately. Terrible way to run a business.
