- PSPam SandallJun 13, 20241.0Received a bid for building package from Builders Source, paid in full, building package delivered. However, their bid failed to take into account the east side overhang and facia on the home. Their errors cost us over $3,000 additional beyond their original bid. Advise; go to Home Depot and get a complete competitive bid. Builders Source may look less on paper but may end up costing you more in the long run.
