  A very enjoyable experience, Michael VonLaurus called before his arrival and was on time. He was very friendly and helpful with my service call. After a full maintenance check, he cleaned everything thoroughly, and even gave helpful tips to keep my system running longer. I highly recommended Ambient Edge for any HVAC service that you might need. I also suggest signing up for their VIP service; it’s truly worth it. I didn’t have to pay anything since I’m enrolled in the VIP program.

  Neither Jason nor I had any experience installing a gas fireplace burner system but the two of us (he allowed me to assist) got it done in short order even with a delay while my wife went out to get parts. Jason is courteous and pleasant and we enjoy his visits.

  I’m extremely disappointed with Ambient Edge. The communication was poor from start to finish with no clear updates, no follow through, and I constantly felt ignored when I tried to get answers. The solution they proposed was very over priced and the brand of equipment they tried to install in my home belongs in the trash 🗑️ For a company that claims to be reliable and customer focused, my experience was the complete opposite. The lack of professionalism and accountability turned what should’ve been a simple process into a huge inconvenience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere until Ambient Edge can deliver the level of service they advertise.

  Just had Jason Gastro come by our house for a service call regarding a leak from our air conditioner. He called to notify us of his arrival. Jason was on time and very polite. I discussed the issue we’re having, he was up on the roof took care of the issue came down and explained everything to me, including pictures of what the issue was and how he repaired it. Jason was outstanding to work with. I’m not sure about the other employees, but I would highly recommend them if they are the same as Jason. Thanks again for great customer service.

  Called the service number they said they were close to our location when the man arrived. He said he didn’t have the tools tools after we had explained to the service what we need and what we believe was wrong with the plumbing he goes under the house takes pictures, goes back to his truck for an estimate comes back and gives us an estimate way too high $2900 for a small 4 foot line repair. They never said nothing about a service Call fee on the service.number then demanded a $79 fee they have been out here four times and the man said they gave us a discounted service call fee of $50 off. The original service call is 130$ when we asked for him to bill it to us because we did not have the money at the time he went back to his truck sat in front of our house for about 20 minutes comes back to our front door saying we need to pay the feeRight now he had taken pictures when he was under the house and he said he’d send the email. The email never got sent. We still have never received those pictures and they still want us to pay
