Although, my husband and I bought a new heating/cooling unit at a very steep price as the unit was to be one of the best. The unit is very loud and after a few trips to the house we were told others had experienced the same issue and there was nothing they could do. The manufacturer is not willing to help because there was nothing to fix. We could keep throwing money at it to MAYBE help, but I figured over $15,000 for the unit, it should be made right at no more expense to us.

He explained what he was doing and checked out the system thoroughly......Rather than trying to sell us a whole new unit ( since ours is quite old) he replaced the Thermostat instead .....because that is what was broken, not the unit......We appreciated both his Friendliness and Honesty!!.....It's always a pleasure working with Ambient Edge ....Thank You Dereck 🌻
- MJMaurice JohnsonDec 19, 20251.0This company is a rip-off they wanted to charge me $2,100 to fix my heater it was working perfect and to the tech came out and mess with it and then made it mess up I want to another air conditioning company they said there was nothing wrong with my system but this tech kept on saying it's a virus in my system at my house was built so why would this problem come up now when my house is 3 years old I just have them just to look at my system and they made it where it wasn't working I don't know how other people gave them five stars when this company is scamming people
