  Every day garage door usage, two electric vehicles, four small freezers. We needed to replace a 25 year old motor assembly. Job and adjustments were well done. I plan on using A1 in the future.

  I would have given a five star except that the technician informed me that they only adjust springs that are less than 3 years old and they installed. My springs did not need adjustment but if they had the service would have been a joke. The whole purpose of this was just a tune up, adjustment and lubrication. I really liked the technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. If you need a new garage door, opener or parts A1 is the place to go. If you need adjustment then use a small private shop that doesn’t have to focus so much on liability concerns

  Kyle was very knowledgeable, explained everything with detail, was very friendly and helpful to help me understand. Unfortunately the door has 3 problems that require replacement parts. Disappointing. Just hope this is not a sign of the door quality as a whole, considering I purchased the most expensive door system you sell. Please acquire the replacement parts as soon as possible and let me know the status of the parts.
