Also, If he couldn't answer a customization question he was very prompt on figuring it out and letting me know. Neil provided value & is much better than buying through a big box store. Definitely worth your time with him and his guidance. The Tuff Shed itself turned out stellar for my backyard remodel. It really ties in the final touch and matches my house perfectly. Far superior to the composite sheds and for me worth the additional cost. They're in a different class. Also the two man install crew definitely were competent. They too handled everything with optimal results.
