I have one of the most expensive builds in the community if not the most because of the upgrades and it’s not at all what I was expecting as far as quality goes. HOA fees already increased in a new build. They’re overpaying for a “landscaping contract ” who knows if they’re actually using it for that. Also including lighting cost when they don’t at all turn on the lights for the trails at night. Why have all these nice light fixtures and not turn them on? Yet charge the community? DO BETTER!!!
