  Had our system checked for winter. Unit is just a year old and the installer sold their company to A Quality HVAC. they have been awesome at honoring all warranties from the installing company. Also, said our system is performing in tip top shape. Technician Jared is knowledgeable, friendly and transparent which made our experience for the first time with our new AC guys super pleasant.

  Rigo was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and showed us what he found. We appreciate his ability to keep our refrigeration in tip top shape. Hoping we will see him again.

  As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of hvac companies during Inspections and repair requests. A Quality has always been thorough, efficient, professional and personable like they are just someone in the family. I appreciate their forsight to maintenance issues. No one wants their a.c. to stop working in July! Technician, Chase, did an awesome job. Thank You!!!

  Excellent! Riga was our HVAC technician today and was impeccable! He sent us a “heads up” text that he was coming and arrived on time. Refreshing that someone is actually punctual in today’s world. He reviewed in detail what he was planning to check and immediately got to work. Once he finished he explained in detail what he had done and what we should monitor in the future to ensure maximum heating efficiency. He also completed a video that reviewed the systems and components he had checked. Very informative. Definitely a great “tune-up” today.

  We were hoping to find a locally owned HVAC company, which might not have all the pitfalls and shortcomings-of the bigger HVAC companies here in the Valley. Anyone reading this review knows that finding a more boutique entity, which ‘gets it’ and has legitimately excellent reviews is hard to find. We had decided to take on a more challenging initiative by converting our gas forced air system into an all electric heat pump system. All before our current 11 year old system needed replacing. Our longtime HVAC service provider was so over matched for this and after spending an hour on the phone with them, we never even could get a quote. Once I found AQuality, I contacted them on a weekend and a gentleman named Jerry picked up. Could not have been more professional and attentive-5 Stars. Over the next few days we had conversations with a few of the inside team members about scheduling an inspection, and you could just tell that AQuality has expended resources and $$ to have every member on the same page while being polite and helpful. 5 Stars. They scheduled John to come out and inspect. Clean cut, clean truck and on time. Must’ve spent 30 minutes in the attic taking pictures and assessing the air handler, ducting and more and another 20 minutes outside at the condenser. Since he carries a tablet, he generated the entire quote on the spot, all while explaining the process in nuances of a complete retrofit on our gas forced air system. 5 Stars+ We signed on the spot because we wanted to get this completed before Thanksgiving and in great weather. This was a departure on how we normally go about investigating a project like this, but John and the initial AQuality communication were just so top notch. We were handed off to Rita the installation manager. Wow, what a Pro! Like her other colleagues, she was simply amazing, genuine and could not have been more helpful getting this set into the play. After all, this was going to be a significant expenditure! Rita 5 Stars+ Installation day, the team arrive first thing in the morning lead by Mario the team lead and supervisor. Wonderfully, he knows his stuff. He alone must’ve spent four+ hours in the attic (non stop) performing the work while removing the entire system and all the ducting. A good guy with a respectful demeanor and knows his stuff. 5 Stars BTW, A Quality is so buttoned up, that they have a partner company show up in a large truck and trailer to take away all of the old equipment and ducting. What a brilliant move while not leaving all the debris on our front driveway and yard. Another sign of how this company is light years ahead of so many that we have had contact with here on several Homes the last 25 years. At days end and with twilight beckoning, they were close to finishing the project. Back to the storyline—-As they were trying to button up the days work, there seemed to be an electrical issue malfunction and again Mario went back up into the attic as surely he had been scratching his head trying to figure this out. In the 11th hour, they did ‘nail this’ issue by replacing a worn part but the bigger plus was that Mario actually had this part on his truck. How many times does the project lose steam because the technician has to run to Home Depot or an HVAC parts supplier to get parts. Not AQuality, as they were prepared. Not sure we’ve ever had a project like this completed while being so open to paying in full so quickly. Check out their reviews so you don’t have to believe us, but AQuality is one buttoned up operation from A-to-Z which included every colleague we came in contact with. Shows the value of expending resource dollars in educating and enlightening the team while having your company’s mission to be the very best!!!!
