Without asking any further questions, I was told I need to fill out an account application online since they don't take credit cards. Clarified: I'm fine paying cash or check. Was told I still need an account before they'd quote it. I remembered I had an account from when I lived out of state - but they couldn't look that up without the account number and I was no closer to just getting a quote. I hung up and called Apache - within 3 minutes I had a quote and a reservation. I won't do business with Sunbelt if they're planning to keep things this complicated.
