  One of our neighbors said they have been using this company for years and love them. I had an easy and pleasant experience booking the appointment. The technician, Shawn, was on time, very professional and down to earth. He walked me through what the issue was with the door and provided a thorough tune up and assessment of our doors and rollers. Shawn was very straightforward and honest. Very pleased with him and this company and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  I am always so incredibly pleased with Guaranteed Door Service when I've had work done on my home garage door and my mother's. Shawn has done the work on both doors and his honesty is beyond compare. I have been cheated many times by the leading garage door services in Phoenix and Shawn has pointed out things on the door to educate me on what I would never need because he recognizes how I’ve been sold things I did not need. My neighbor has used Guaranteed Door Service for years and sent over Shawn one day after A1 had been to my house and gauged me unnecessarily. In addition to the honesty, the work is efficient, very well performed and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Guaranteed Door Service.

  My parents started using Guaranteed Door Services back in the 1980's, and I've used them for both of the houses I've owned. They have always been prompt, and their prices reasonable. I have never had an issue with the work they have done, whether it's maintenance needed on a door or an opener, or the installation of a new door.
