  Our experience with Jace was excellent! He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our Clearwater Concepts softener and even helped us to troubleshoot a water leak issue not related to our softener. I highly recommend Clearwater Concepts and Jace to our Desert Mountain neighbors!

  I called Clear Water Concepts about a water softener install at my townhome in Phoenix and they had someone on site the next day. Joshua was awesome and ver knowledgeable about the install process, their products, and the overall project. Their pricing is honest and right in line with what you would eWorld expect for the quality of product. I look forward to my install and working with them!

  I had a minor issue with my water softener, the Clear Water Concepts technician, Troy Greenwood, arrived on time and resolved the issue in record time. I have used this company for many years and multiple houses from Mesa, Fountain Hills, Phoenix and Scottsdale. The owners, a family business, treat their customers well, Quality service is hard to find these days, I would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts. .

  Clear Water Concepts gives you the cleanest water possible…much cleaner than bottled water. We updated our nearly 10 year old system. Our technician Jace Rhude was on time and did an excellent job . Jace was neat, quiet, and professional. Clear Water Concepts is a user friendly made in the USA purification system that I highly recommend!

  I have had my softener and reverse osmosis system for 5 years without complaint but this year another company talked me into using them for full house check up and filter changes which they require water leak detection under the sink for my protection when all was done they left and a couple hours later the alarm went off so they came back out and were not able to stop the leak so I had clear water concept who had installed the system they came out asap and couldn’t find the leak either but the leak stopped so not sure who fixed it but I’m glad I called them and going forward they will be back thank you clear water concepts
