  Attic R Us just complete a job for me! They were fast and efficient!! Miguel provided us a quote a quote within 4 hours and the job was on the books right away. Moises completed the insulation and showed my husband pictures of the before and after. Big difference! Communication was excellent by the whole team! I was very impressed!!!

  Attic R Us has come out to our home twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Super reliable, quick to respond, and very professional each time. They got the job done efficiently and their pricing was more than fair. It’s hard to find a company that’s both fast and trustworthy, but they’ve definitely proven to be both. Highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future!

  We hired this company to reconfigure our dryer vent system, clean our air ducts, inspect and maintain our a/c unit, and install new insulation in our attic. The quality workmanship we experienced was phenomenal. They are responsive, attentive, and honor their commitments. The workmanship though...seriously impressive!   I recently had Attic R Us service my AC unit, and I’m very happy with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure my system was running efficiently. What stood out the most was their honesty and attention to detail—they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services and made sure I understood what was actually needed. My AC is now running much better, and I feel confident in the work they did. Overall, I highly recommend Attic R Us to anyone needing AC service.   I ultimately canceled my project with Attic R Us due to the way I was treated during the scheduling process. Initially, I was told the crew would arrive between 6–7 AM. A couple of days later I received a message saying the window had changed to 6–9 AM. Then the morning of the job I received another message saying 7–8 AM again. When that time passed and no one arrived, I called to check in and was told they were running late. What concerned me wasn’t simply the delay — things happen. It was the attitude and dismissive response I received when I asked about it. The owner was condescending, laughed off my concerns, and treated it like it was no big deal, even though this was a nearly $4,000 job. I had also asked reasonable questions about the work being performed, including soffit baffles and the installation details, and requested simple before/after photos so I could see the work done in the attic. Those requests were brushed off as well. When you’re hiring someone for work you can’t easily see or verify, professionalism and communication matter a lot. Instead of feeling confident about the project, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed. Because of that, I decided to cancel the job and hire a company that takes customer communication more seriously. I can’t speak to the quality of their insulation work since I ultimately did not move forward, but based on the customer service and communication experience, I would encourage other homeowners to ask questions and make sure they feel comfortable before proceeding.
