  I must say it's been an unbelievable and memorable experience. This story will be told to my friends and family ! Started out by calling Arizona Painting Company, The young lady on the phone handled me with respect and was very professional. She sent out an appraiser. He gave me a great price I'm thinking this is just too good to be true well, it got better... The communication from the beginning of the process to the day job was completed was an incredible experience . I received emails and text messages also photos of the technician Vincent Perez who was scheduled to do the job WOW I must the way Vincent represented Arizona Painting Company, you would think he was the owner of the company he was very professional and very respectful . The job came out impeccable Vincent was very neat and organized my wife and I are so pleased with Vincent's job Performance and his work ethic something you don't see in his day and age. I can't wait to use your company again in future! It's nice to see there's still companies out there that treat their customers with respect and when they say they're gonna start a job and complete a job it gets done on time.! Again, thank you!

  A year and a half ago I had Arizona Painting Co LLC paint the exterior of my house. The experience from the start was amazing! House was painted and two weeks ago I noticed some chipping of paint and some areas that were not caulked and breaking away. I know the AZ heat is brutal but paying almost 3K and a year and a half later the deteriorating I was seeing seemed unacceptable. Icalled and you guys sent someone out and told me this should not be happening. Set up a date and time to get things fixed up and on the morning, no one showed. No call. No text...nothing. finally called and was told the guy coming out had two jobs and he was still at the 1st job site (A call would of been nice since I took the day off work.) Was told someone would be coming the next morning between 6-8am. cancelled a 9am appt i had as no one, again, showed or called by 840am. Called in and was told he'd be out in about an hour. The guy showed up (1 forgot his name unfortunately) and he was AMAZING!! He had to scrape, caulk and paint quite a bit around my house. What i was told to be a 4 hour job turned out to be a full day as he had to come back a second day, today, Finally at 4:45pm today my house looks good!! FIVE STARS to the new guy that came out yesterday and today...THANK YOU!! 2 concerns with AZ Painting, while they did take care of me promptly, 1. There was absolutely a huge lack of communicatior that caused a maior disruption to my plans that could of easily been avoided with communication) and 2. They sent me a referral form a month or so ago, offering me 100.00 for a referral and an additional 200.00 with a completed iob. Never got my 100.00 even though the referral /estimate was completed. It's been a Rollercoaster but my house finally is done right. Just sharing my experience.

  I first met Arizona Painting Company in 2018 when my late husband contracted them to paint our 3800 Sq.Ft home in Stetson Valley. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. When I had to paint my new 2200 Sf. Ft. home in Litchfield Park I called AZ Paint Company because of the attention to detail and beautiful job they did on my previous home. Brandon was my sales person. He was great and easy to understand, and worked with me when I had to change the date due to health issues. Edwin is a very percise painter and good with details. He even came back on Sunday to paint the trim on the Garage Door a contrasting color, because I asked him too. It looks perfect. I have had a lot of compliments regarding the paint job on my house.   Have been trying to contact this company to get my fence repainted since I purchased the warranty. When I first called I was told I would get a phone call back after they figured out their schedule. No callback for days. Then I call again and had a manager scheduled to come look at the fence. Manager was a no show. I then call back when they never showed. I was then told to send in pictures, which I did. Was messaged that somebody would be giving me a call, that was on 3/18. Still no phone calls. I guess they don’t want to honor the warranty I purchased.

  Painted the inside of our outside block wall, on 04/02/26, in Chandler, AZ.The whole process was professionally handled. We enjoyed working with the painters, and after they left we could not find a flaw in their work. With undercoat and a couple top-coats, coverage is 100%. There’s no job I wouldn’t trust to this top-notch company.
