- DAD A2 days ago5.0Just totally reconstructed the whole a/c vent system in our 40 yr old house and hired True North as the contractor. Their superintendent Dave did a great job, as did their two workmen Jordan and Nick. We had the house re-roofed at the same time so both crews had to work together to take off and replace the a/c unit which they did. Got done w/ our 2,000 sq ft house in 1.5 days and it looks great, its actually cooler and we can't even hear the a/c unit working now. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Price was great. Would recommend them highly and give them 5 stars...oh wait....I already did.

Seems to be working like it used to. Treavor had some great advice. I appreciate an honest tech and said if i had any further issues he would come right back out. Highly recommend this company for any and all hvac repairs. I will not hesitate to call this company for service in the future.

- JGJeffrey GramlichMar 19, 20265.0Our installation went very smoothly and quickly in November. The heating system worked well in the winter, and the cooling system was working fine. Then, unrelated to HVAC, I had to shut off the house's main power, and after turning it back on, the system didn't work. True North responded very quickly on a hot day in a March heat wave. The True North repairman, Jacob, was awesome. He responded quickly, gave an ETA and beat it by a half hour, got the system working for us, and then ran tests to make sure the system is working well. I'm happy with my choice to go with True North for HVAC.
