  Best customer service since covid and thats hard to find these days. Best part a week after the install the ac went out blew a fuse and my ac is on the roof 3 stories up and paying that extra $15 a month is worth it they were out as fast as they could be and it was late after hours but they had it up and running again jn no time best extra part he took pictures to show me the problem on the roof and what was fixed. This ac company is bbb a+ ratings tio bad thats the highest rating to give they deserve higher ratings!

  Todd came out for routine hot water heater maintenance. Communication regarding the appointment was excellent and they even have a tracker similar to ride share services so you can see how far out your service technician is in real time. Very helpful. Service didn't go as planned due to equipment issues but Todd and Rite Way made sure to take care of it and processed my warranty to replace the unit all within a few hours. I would ask for Todd again. He was friendly, personable, careful, and kept me informed about what he was doing and what I need to do to keep up with the maintenance going forward. Thank you.

  I had an excellent experience working with Timothy Stewart . From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. What really stood out was his level of knowledge . he clearly knows his field inside and out, and it shows in the quality of his work and the way he communicates. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a genuine, approachable attitude. Because of my experience with him, I would absolutely use this company again without hesitation. Having team members like Timothy makes all the difference. Thank you again!

  Virgil came out and did the inspection of my AC unit. He was very professional and even took time to show me pictures and explained all the information to me. He even informed me of information regarding yearly maintenance that should have been being performed by the company who installed the unit that thay have not done in the 5 years since I had it installed. I absolutely 100% recommend Rite Way Cooling and Plumbing for any AC concers. I will be reaching out and scheduling for more service very soon. Thank you Virgil and Rite Way for all the help.

  I had an issue with my natural gas tankless water heater. It would shut off after about 5 minutes of use, and an error code would pop up on the digital panel at the front of the machine. I had asked a previous plumber from a different company who was working on an unrelated issue in my home if he could help diagnose the issue with my water heater. He explained that he knew nothing about tankless heaters, and he wouldn't even know where to begin. Obviously, I was going to have to look elsewhere. I used to Google to locate a local company that had plumbers who had the skill set to repair tankless heaters. Rite Way came up instantly, and as you can see, the reviews are amazing. The dispatcher was able to make an immediate appointment. The Rite Way plumber was extremely thorough and professional. I was in contact via text messsage from the very beginning. I knew who was coming and exactly when he would arrive. The problem was diagnosed and addressed perfectly. I have been enjoying uninterrupted showers for several days now, and I am thrilled with my experience. Definitely 5 star service in every way!
