  I've used 'Simple Electric' prior and they were very good, but they weren't able to get me a quote or service the same day as Johnson Power & Air. Immediately, they sent Jason out to take a look and he scheduled me two days later. Jason did a fantastic job installing my EV charger. He went to work right away and guided me through what he was doing, how he was doing it, and why. He made everything look really easy and was incredibly efficient. If anything I am incredibly impressed he was able to get to my home after the auto shop messed up his work van earlier that morning. That is commitment! Jason if you are reading this, I hope you got back to the shop safely!

  Spencer gave a good price for an AC replacement and was able to schedule it and get it done the next day. I was impressed with how quickly it was done, and the price was $3000 less than the other quote I had.

  We’ve used Johnson Power and Air for two homes now. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure the work was done not only as requested, but also done in a way that makes the customer feel confident in their work. Communication was excellent, and they didn’t hesitate to inform us of our options and educated us on our equipment. They back their work up too! If something isn’t to satisfaction, they’ll follow up and ensure their customer is happy with the end product. I’d absolutely recommend them to friends and will use them again in the future!

  Jason came out quickly to give me a quote. I had received quotes from 8 or so contractors and felt that not only was he fair on price but he also had a reasonable plan for my project (adding backyard eave outlets to my roof line on a switch inside, ground level outlets always hot in the backyard and relocating wiring from an old light box off center in my living room to install a ceiling fan in the middle of the room. Jason didn't over promise anything and gave me the reality of things he might have to do (drywall cuts, stucco cuts, etc.) Once scheduled he showed up on time (15mins early actually) and got to work. He minimized the repairs I needed to deal with after he left to only a single hole to fix (the old light box.) He communicated well and kept me up to speed on progress. The project was wrapped up in the afternoon, he verified everything with me and he cleaned up after himself before he left. I will contact Johnson again in the fall when I do the same for the front yard for Christmas lights.

  I had a fandelier that we tried to install ourselves. We could not get it to work. Scheduling was quick and easy. The gal on the phone was pleasant. Steven arrived in a timely manner. He tested the wires and concluded that I had no power. He connected the wires to give me power. The lights worked but not the fan. luckily, I had a backup ceiling fan and i took down the fandelier and install my ceiling fan. He did a great job! He was friendly. I didn't feel like he was rushing through the job. I don't know what normal but i didnt feel that the job was overly priced. It was a fair price for a great job! I would highly recommend Johnson Power and Air! And if you can get Steven Chidester ask for him!
