He stayed for a few hours and made sure to get detailed pictures and readings all throughout the house. He got on the line with us and our insurance company to ensure we were taken care of. He followed up daily and got into the house to start demo as soon as we were able to get out. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful and they made a very unpleasant experience, that more bearable.

They do have some flexibility, but I recommend you take the time to research and shop around because a job that they were saying was going to cost $55,000. I got for $25,000 somewhere else. My overall rating is based on how poorly I was treated as a customer during reconstruction. If I rated only the mitigation, it would be six out of five.
