- MJMarie J1 day ago5.0Wow.. what can I say about this company. Everything started for us with Ray who told us from this moment on we will take on everything for you and they keep their word. The Integrity, professionalism, courteous was on point with every staff that came to our home. There was Cody joseph, CJ, Donnie, Shane, Anthony, Damien, Dillon, Joshua, Alejandro, Bill, Scott, Armando and the 3 guys with him. Every company they used to assist with the repairs continued with excellence. There was a couple of things that would get a 4 star only.. A big Shout out to Brandt from West Coast Plumbing service who introduced us to this 6 star PCR.🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ .God bless each of you and your families..
- RPRoger Penton6 days ago5.0These guys are completely the BEST!!! I’ve never had the need for restoration or reconstruction, but after a recent upstairs leak, I had no idea how to coordinate repair. Every one of their employees have been great at working with my schedule, and answering questions, and making sure the quality of the work they were doing met my standards. Dillon (my case manager) has had great patience with me, and has been perfect at communicating exactly what will be done, and when it will be done. These guys made a stressful and overwhelming situation much easier to cope with. I hope I don’t ever need reconstruction or restoration again, but I know exactly who I’m turning to if I do. I highly recommend Preferred Choice!!

Leaks from pipes to my tub/shower in my guest bathroom. After careful research, I began working with my home insurance provider (Allstate) and gained a great referral from my plumber for a restoration company. My insurance allowed me to choose. From Chayce to Ray to Dillon to Guillermo and all the other staff from Preferred Choice, I have not encountered such a professional, well-organized company. Each stage of the damage to the bathroom was well-explained to me, and ALL my inquisitive questions were answered. It is rare that you find a business that communicates with honesty and integrity. I couldn't be more pleased with the end results AND with them assisting me with the insurance company. I have owned many homes and am quite knowledgeable about construction basics. I also learned a lot!

They came out did water test and determined that there was moisture behind the wall they took the wall out got rid of what they needed to and put it all back perfectly. Not only am I very happy with the work That they did on my home, but I referred them to about three other homeowners and they’ve all been really happy with the work!!
