  Needed to replace a old shower. I had no idea how much. After I was quoted a price at an extremely reasonable price, I was almost sceptical. But, wow! The guys that came to install were courteous, professional, and listened to my wants and needs. I highly recommend them!

  Office lady hung up the phone on me. Offered only one appointment time before saying I wasn't trying to let them do the work. Came out to my house 5 hours before the scheduled time. Broke a window and left it completely uncovered for hours while they left the house for my pets to escape and our cooling bill to increase. Avoid if at all possible.

  I dropped off a bedroom window for a home we were preparing to sell. I was told it would be ready to pick up in 4-6 business days. After about 12 business days I stopped waiting and called. They had no record of my order, although I had signed papers. The office staff tried to convince me that perhaps I dropped it off at a different glass company. I insisted that they look through their workshop and described the window. The found it with no notes or orders about it. No one had any idea whether it was in process and the glass had been ordered or not. They called back and let me know the glass would be in soon and they'd prioritize it. I reminded them that we were putting our house on the market in a matter of days. It still took another week for me to get a call that the glass was supposed to come in the next day (Tuesday) and they would put it in immediately and call me to pick it up. I was told on Tuesday that it was not ready. I called again on Thursday and was told that the glass was in and they would install it immediately for me. (Immediately would have been as soon as the glass arrived...) Here we are three weeks later - 19 business days as opposed to the 4-6 I was told. Things happen. Papers get shifted. People drop the ball for various reasons. The staff has been kind and friendly, but still this has delayed our process of putting our house on the market and cost us additional electric expenses to be cooling our home with a window missing for three weeks!
