Johnson Power and Air had originally installed the fan nearly a year before. They came out and replaced the receiver at no charge even though it was a fan warranty issue and not an installation issue. It is great to work with a company that stands by its work. I have used them for multiple services and have always been overly impressed.

Chris and his apprentice came out and listened to our concerns, and even sorted out some of the concerns right then and there. But we right away scheduled the rest of the work to be done and they took care of everything very well. Chris is very communicative and really made the entire experience comfortable. We also had HVAC concerns, so I reached back out to Chris and he set up a time for Spencer to come out and take a look. After hearing previous HVAC estimates that we were unsure of, we were very much at ease to hear Spencer's honest insight and recommendations. Chris and Spencer have been a great help in assisting with our move into the new home. We really appreciate their efforts, and moving forward, we will definitely reach out to them for assistance.
