Have used the for 3 years they came out after we had another company come out and tell us we needed a new a/c unit. They got us up and running no over charge and no new unit If you need your a/c system checked call River Valley

They diagnosed the problem and had it resolved within 30 minutes of being here and the gentleman was very friendly. He took his time to explain to us what the issue was and was very helpful.

A very nice service experience. Hope that he is the technician that we have at our next maintenance interval or service repair.

He said he had a ladder and a flashlight and insisted on coming at night. He went up on the roof and told me the motor was shot. He climbed down and told me it would cost nearly $1000.00 unless I got their maintenance plan. He couldn’t answer any of my questions about their plan. My husband gave him $80. I’m a disabled military veteran and my service dog and I still don’t have air conditioning because we can’t afford it.
