I told her my windows needed resealed that my house was so cold and my heating bill went from a 100.00 to over 300.00 . She sent a guy out and he said the windows were fine, she believed him. The seal on the windows are now coming loose and I have gaps and water damage. I called and left a message and have not been called back yet. I will continue to try and reach the owner Jeff to see if he will have done one home and properly seal my windows and deal with the damage the water is causing. Very unhappy with this company and the customer service.

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
