  So I have mixed thoughts about this company. The workers have broken so many things during the job, that I ended up replacing all our vents through our AZ guy. They blamed it on the rats, while the big breaks were by the workers. It was so loud in our attic during the insulation. Things were falling, walls banging, just for insulation Getty blown in. I'm super confused why it sounded like a mortal combat wrestling going on by our brand new AC Unit. But, the guys who removed the old insulation were actually better I think. It was thumping as well but not like a bomb exploding. When I called the company to tell them the door to the attic was completely shattered, they took some time but responded and set the guys back to fix it. The other thing is, if opening the two attic doors, the insulation would fall and drown our home with insulation. Our AC guy was NOT HAPPY about that. Since I don't need to climb into the attic, I had no clue that they need to put something around the attic doors so that the insulation doesn't fall on our heads. So lessons were learned. Again, with multiple attempts and at least 6 weeks of emails, the people who run the company eventually helped us with this problem as well, by sending their workers to put a barrier around so that the insulation does not fall down into the house and garage from the attic entrances. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, but glad we got it done. 4 starts because they were got it done and still fixed the issues that we had.

  This company came out to my house to add insulation years ago and I just found out today they lied and did not use the proper insulation. They said they were putting in fiberglass and they did cellulose instead. Don’t trust this company.

  Marshall Insulation took 3 days to finish my shop in Queen Creek and it turned out perfect! The Crew was on time and efficient. The best part of the entire project was the lead had pride in his work. Thanks again guys you really made a difference and will recommend you to others.
