A technician stopped by on March 25th to review the work that needed to be done and said that I should get a quote in 1 to 2 days. I called the office on March 27th and spoke to a lady that told me she would find out the status of the quote and give me a call right back. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from the company at all regarding this quote. It was a complete waste of my time and I would not recommend this company for any large jobs. If the job was too big for them to handle, I wish they would have just said that when I called to schedule the appointment or when I followed up on the status of the quote. I did give the company two stars because while the technician was out evaluating our system, our capacitor broke and he was able to replace it at that time.
