WJ was fantastic when we had them do our kitchen, however when they redid our bathrooms they came up short. The project manager lied to us about the cabinets not even being delivered, despite the office confirming they were delivered. We were promised that the holidays would have a negligible impact on our job. I guess she didn't know our project manager was taking Christmas week off. Sales said countertops would take 1-2 weeks, but the PM said 2-3 weeks. Wouldn't you know, it took 3 weeks. When the PM told us their schedule would leave us no bathroom water for 5 days despite talking about it earlier, I wasn't happy and let them know. The final product looks great. Just can't abide being lied to and having texts unanswered. I'm sorry, 7 weeks to replace cabinets and countertops was far too long, and WJ didn't even acknowledge this, we got a shoulder shrug instead of an apology.
