- RHRandy HudsonAug 18, 20251.0I bought my flooring at the Floor Store. I ordered 10% over per their recommendation. When my installers picked up the flooring they were also given $180 worth of transition strips which I didn’t order. I have 6 boxes of flooring, and all the transition strips left over, and they won’t let me return any of it. Not even the transition strips that I didn’t order. How do you spend $180 of your customers money without their knowledge or permission, and then tell them you won’t take it back. I won’t be using the Floor Store any more.
- TTTony TJul 31, 20251.0This company wanted to collect 100% payment prior to installation and wanted to collect a non-refundable deposit from me prior to sending over a contract. Who does business with these people and why are you leaving them good reviews and misleading the rest of us?! Response to Owner: First line of your contract copied verbatim reads "1. The entire balance is due and payable in full at time of purchase and/or prior to installation" and no you are wrong, Warren did want to collect my card information and collect the down payment prior to sending me over the contract but I insisted on receiving the contract first. Nothing I've stated is a lie and yes I am frustrated that you and your competitor did not have an online reputation which accurately reflects your true integrity and intentions going into business. It was a waste of my time and I hope to save others from wasting theirs.
