  Worked with Chris at The Floor Store and had a great experience. I was having a hard time finding an area rug in the size I needed—let alone one in a style I loved. During my research, I learned they could take any carpet and custom bind it into an area rug, which ended up being the perfect solution. The final result was absolutely stunning. It cost a fraction of what a traditional area rug of this size would have, yet it’s fully custom and pet-durable. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, and the attentive service I received from start to finish made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  I went looking for carpet, and I must say, the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. The were very personable and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Shakira the receptionist, she was very friendly. Then Warren walked up to assist. Also extremely nice, professional and eager to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I recommend The Floor Store for anyone looking to update or redo their floors. Professional service, excellent prices and a friendly staff.

  I had a great experience at the Floor Store and can’t recommend them enough. Greg was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—he took the time to walk me through my options and provided genuinely valuable information that helped me feel confident in my decision. He even explained why some competitors may appear less expensive upfront, but often aren’t a good option because their products are discontinued quickly, which can be a real issue down the line. What really stood out to me was how refreshing the entire process felt. I paid a deposit to have carpet installed in two bedrooms and paid the remaining balance a week later—no pressure, no constant follow-ups, and no feeling of being hounded for money. It was obvious this is a family-owned business that values relationships and quality service over just making a quick sale. The installation went smoothly, the product quality is excellent, and the overall experience was stress-free. I would absolutely go back again and highly recommend asking for Greg if you’re looking for honest advice and great customer service.

  Warren is so kind and helpful! Years ago, we stopped by The Floor Store and were lucky enough to get Warren as our salesperson. He offered suggestions, helped us figure out how much we needed and was very thorough. Since then, we've bought from him multiple times for all of our flooring needs and will continue to do so for our next project. Thank you Warren for everything! :)
