  Have been with Precision at least 12 years. Pay for the yearly service. Had a check up 3 or 4 months ago and hadn't turned system on as I've been gone alot. Turned on AC yesterday and warm air coming out!! Tech comes today and says I need a new $11,000 AC. Every time they come it's at least $1,000. I can't find the words to express how disappointed I am with Precision right now. I feel totally scammed.

  Chris Moody from Precision Air & Plumbing did a fantastic job servicing my AC today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what my system needed to run more efficiently. He installed a soft start to help reduce the strain on my unit, which I really appreciated — you can tell he’s focused on long-term performance, not just a quick service. He walked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt confident about how my system is running. Great experience and great customer service. I highly recommend Chris and Precision Air & Plumbing!

  Had a problem with shutting off my furnace. As a new customer, I called Precision Air & Plumbing & (thank you, Danielle) a tech was at my house within an hour! The tech, Pancho was fantastic, fixed the problem I was having (Thank you, Pancho) & took his time to check a few other things since I had recently bought my house. So glad I found this reliable company Precision Air & Plumbing to have as my go to for furnace, Air conditioner & plumbing among many of their other services.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you all!

  Leslie, my technician did a good job inspecting and updating me about the status of my HVAC unit. She also drained my two water heaters. As per usual, the tech always tries to upsell products. One I thought would be needed, but the other certainly could wait. We then discussed my "Annual maintenance Plan' which we resolved after several different options were explained.

  The service techs and installers are friendly, professional, knowledgable and masters of their craft. They will do the task to the best of their ability, no shortcuts or shortcuts. A detailed report of findings are provided, both the good and items that either need attension or should be noted for future. The rating drops due to the after service pressure. Multiple high pressure tactics used to get you to do some of the things found. Duct cleaning. Never done in 26 years and was noted as clean 2 years ago on the new install suddenly becomes a must do. Emails, calls, texts interrupting your day. Then they chastise you for not doing what twy are trying to sell you. STOP……… Certainly changing our minds right now.
