Scott Harris showed at 9 am up drunk or hungover smelling like booze, wearing sweatpants and was a completely unprofessional. Got an attitude and unleashed a verbal outburst saying some very unprofessional words at me when I was standing there watching what he was doing on my property to my unit. After that I knew I wouldn’t go with these guys again and that he would try to charge me an absurd amount and I was right $2800+tax to refill my heater pump and fix a small leak right by the unit. Cancelled my membership/subscription and had another company come out which they proceeded to charge me a fraction of the price Parker and Sons wanted too for the exact same service, they were professional and weren’t drunk or hungover. Bad look for Parker and son. During his verbal outburst he told me he has been with the company almost 15 years so they won’t fire him over something like this. Made sure I had my sidearm just in case I had to protect my family from the lunatic. I’ll attach photos for reference, small pin hole leak was right where the aluminum meets the copper. On another note the tracking device that’s enabled to see where they are at said he was at my house 30-40 min before he even showed up.

James was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions & educate me. He had to break the bad news that the previous Co I had used incorrectly installed a part that now needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring. He showed me exactly how the wiring was wrong. He made recommendations to prolong the life of my HVAC & accepted my decisions. I will request him as my tech next time

My grandmas husband died. She has to sell her house to move in with her son. I took down all my other reviews after talking to management and them agreeing to mail a check to my dads house. Despite their contract saying you can cancel your service for a fee, they deny everyone up front. They lied to me to get me to take down my review and never mailed the check. I warned them that her accounts had changed because her husband died so all the accounts with his name were closed and she changed to a local bank in Texas where she now lives. I am very disappointed in the way this company handles business. I don’t think anyone should trust them. When I brought up the fact that they should be careful signing contracts with the elderly due to dementia he told me they are HVAC technician not doctors. That is true, but when they learn their client was not of sound mind to sign a contract they need to be more compassionate and offer a refund. I think they need to show more compassion for the elderly. They are charging her for a part they replaced that wasn’t the problem and she hired a different company to fix her AC. They still owe her over $200. Personally with how they have behaved, I think they should give her a FULL refund! Don’t trust liars!

install went well. we asked to reroute the condensation line from running across the roof into a vent. we were told...no problem.👌 the cleanup was was not what we expected. the unit...duct work and insulation were piled onto the street. we live on a fairly severe curve and when it started to get dark...we were worried that someone might run into the mess. we called just before 5:00 and felt better after being told cleanup was running late...but when it got dark we moved a car in front of the pile. a little after 7:30 a young man showed up. never came to the house to say he was here or that he was done. final cleanup consisted of using a leaf blower to blow the insulation across the street into the neighbors yard. i spent my saturday morning sweeping up sheet metal screws... insulation and drywall plaster. left us thinking that paying a premium for the Precision Air brand was a let down. i did send an email on saturday and talked to our sales tech...no response. UPDATE: Email & phone call were never responded to...but posting a less than desirable review prompted Precision to give us a call. Bethany spent 45 minutes with us going over the specifics of our complaint. It turns out that the cleanup crew is a third party...not Precision employees. Precision has little control on what time the cleanup crew will arrive and at what level they preform at. Using our anecdotal experience...Bethany was going to reach out to their sub contractor and point out the deficiency. Going forward we believe that Precision will preform to the high bar they have set..hence the new 4 star rating

I had James Miller from Precision come out to my house today to do some maintenance on my AC unit and he was great. I've had many technicians from Precision come to my house over the years but he was by far the best. He laid out multiple options for me to choose from and for the first time, I didn't feel like I was being upsold on a service that wasn't really needed. He did a great job communicating the ins and outs of the issues that were found and the potential risks associated with not actioning them. Without today's experience, I would probably rate my experience with Precision as a 2 or 3 stars but I'm really hoping that having people like James working for them is an indication that the company is moving in a better direction. For transparency, I bought a new unit from Precision 5ish years ago when my 20+ year old unit gave out in the middle of the summer. The very next year... I was calling them out to service my new AC unit because it wasn't keeping up with cooling. Needed to pay extra for something to help improve performance. I believe that the next year I had to call someone out twice for this unit in the middle of summer. There was always something extra that i needed to buy or some extra service i needed to pay for in order to get my AC to cool again... or some parts they recommend to help prevent it from happening in the future that were never mentioned when i purchased the unit. There were some parts that broke that were under warranty which was great but then I'm still paying for labor. One time there was an issue, I called Precision and they did not have anyone available that could help me for the next 3 days (I believe it was a holiday weekend or something) so I had to call another company. The technician from the other company came and found the issue was with a part that was covered under warranty and replaced it. I expressed that I've had tons of issues with this unit and he advised me that the square footage of my house was at the upper limits (if not just over) of unit I was sold to cool my house effectively and that if I had a unit that was just slightly larger, I would likely not have most of the problems I was experiencing. Ultimately, James Miller has started to turn my opinion around about the company. I hope that they have more like him working for them now.
