  This is the second time we have used Floorever. Our first experience was wonderful, which we have not often had as an experience with other contractors and the second was even better. We worked with Jeanne who is always professional and kind. She is knowledgeable about every aspect including the smallest details of our job. She managed the entire project for us (the only thing we had to do, was say good morning to the day’s contractor's). She stayed in very close contact with us throughout our project (master shower rebuilt from top to bottom, new pan, pony wall, tile, glass doors and everything behind the walls). She always returned calls in a more than timely manner, which I freakin’ LOVE. Would definitely, definitely, definitely use Floorever again.

  This company just sucks. Their customer service, installation, and the quality of their product just sucks as well. We had them install laminate and carpeting in our Palo Verde home back in August of 2013. That in itself was a nightmare as most of their employees used for installation barely spoke English. Last December, we decided to remove the carpeting in our living/dining room and have it replaced with the same laminate due to allergy issues, only to find that it (the Shaw laminate) wasn't properly installed in the first place. Now, we're having to replace the supposedly "decent quality" Shaw carpeting in our two bedrooms because of bubbling and raveling in both areas. The owner didn't apologize or offer anything in reference to this issue. Needless to say, we decided to go with a different company and will NEVER do business with these people again! Gloria Beitz

  These guys do everything....we used them to fashion our new home with Hunter Douglas Nantucket window shades and also had them build out an entire study with cabinets, under counter lights, and everything you could possibly need in a study. Jeanne was great in helping us draw up the plans, came out to our house several times to measure (and even do touch ups herself) and her crew did an awesome job of installation. As did the window shade installers. Careful attention paid to doing clean work. Always willing to go the extra mile, anticipates your needs and makes design recommendations, and dedicated to your overall happiness with their services and products. Cannot recommend highly enough for your window, floor, carpet, and even custom cabinetry needs!

  Jeanne was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful in our selection of floor tile, carpet and bathroom remodel. I will certainly recommend her and will be going back to her in the future.
