- DCDesmond CarringtonMay 7, 20191.0This company just sucks. Their customer service, installation, and the quality of their product just sucks as well. We had them install laminate and carpeting in our Palo Verde home back in August of 2013. That in itself was a nightmare as most of their employees used for installation barely spoke English. Last December, we decided to remove the carpeting in our living/dining room and have it replaced with the same laminate due to allergy issues, only to find that it (the Shaw laminate) wasn't properly installed in the first place. Now, we're having to replace the supposedly "decent quality" Shaw carpeting in our two bedrooms because of bubbling and raveling in both areas. The owner didn't apologize or offer anything in reference to this issue. Needless to say, we decided to go with a different company and will NEVER do business with these people again! Gloria Beitz
