  Luke was amazing, we love that he was punctual, and called my husband to let him know he’s on his way and bought a drink for my husband. He made us feel very comfortable. He’s very friendly. We laugh and we enjoyed his company. I cannot believe he bought us lunch and we felt we knew him for a long time. His boss and Luke were both caring and made sure we understood all the A/C problems that needed fixed and they both are very knowledgeable. We loved that they made sure we understood before they left our home. I have never had this experience with any home services before. We recommend Luke for any AC service from Emergency Air Heating, Cooling and plumbing. They gave us a lot of discounts including free air duct cleaned. We trust and feel good about Luke and Chris for their service.

  We had a problem with our heater and Emergency Air sent a technician, Eddie, to our home. Let me first say that this young man is a complete asset to their company! Not only did he go above and beyond to help me, he was kind, courteous, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and professional! It would be to the detriment of Emergency Air if he were to leave this company! He explained everything to me (I’m a 63 year old single grandmother, helping to raise 3 little girls) and Eddie made sure everything was working properly before he left. The pricing was very fair and I would use them again and again!

  Broc was very professional while conducting the initial evaluation of my ac. He clearly explained the issues that could be caused with all of the dust coating everything. Even showing me pictures of problem areas. He provided several options for remedies. He then spent the time needed to clean my ac unit (which as it turned out to be over 6 hous) and install the new filter system. I am extremely pleased with the results.

  Cole was very courteous and informative. He explained in detail on exactly what he was performing so that I was never left in the dark. In addition, he provided me with exactly what I needed in getting my service performed to my satisfaction. You should have someone like him and the company in general to perform a service like this for you. Highly recommended!

  This review is definitely worth its weight in gold. Me and my wife found a coupon for emergency air in a Dbacks pamphlet at one of the games and knew our 18year old AC unit was on its way out but wanted to see if we could squeeze a little more life out of it with a tune-up/cleaning. Appointment setting was easy as could be and our technicians that came out, Nick and Gerald, were extremely knowledgeable and thorough when servicing our unit. During the inspection Nick and Gerald brought to our attention some key pointers that showed just how bad our 18yr old unit actually was. Me and my wife were already expecting to get a new AC unit in the next year and, under advisement of our techs, had their supervisor Chris Polanco come out and look at our unit and talk to us about a potential new unit. Chris sat us down and had a very informative conversation with us about the ins and outs of what we should be looking for in a AC unit and making it very understandable to someone who doesn’t work in the industry. He was extremely professional and treated us like family when he worked with Jessica at their main office to see what deals we could get to get the unit installed. We never felt pressured or under a sales gimmick, it was always a, “lets do right by you and try and save you the most money, but also not cut corners that will cost you down the road.” One thing that stuck out most was when he said, “we are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but we stand by our work and the experience you will have with us” and I couldn’t agree more. Their pricing came, to my surprise, way under what others quoted us and were extremely transparent on what was included where others weren’t. We were able to get our new unit installed same day by Darien and Chris and man let me tell you, these men were extremely thorough, and CLEAN with their work. I can’t say enough about this company, and I will be strongly recommending them to our friends and family as a company that may not be cheap, but worth every single penny when it comes to their work, their professionalism and their transparency.
