- JBjeffrey brown1 day ago5.0Had Emergency Air come out for a routine check and the technician, Wladimir Valencian, right away found an issue with the compressor. After further inspection, he found some other issue with the original installation that contributed to several of the previous problems we ha had with the unit. He thoroughly explained what was going on and discussed our options. Due to the age of the unit and the cost of the repairs, we determined it would not be economical to repair and opted to go with a new unit.

Josh, Matt, sorry the 3rd guy didn't get his name. Pipes were 33 years old, now I dont have to worry about it for another 30 years. And going to go with them for my hot water heater and ac unit . Even the girls in the office were great too

He was very professional and wore booties. You just don’t find this type of professionalism in this industry anymore. Hands down I will recommend you guys to anyone needing HVAC services. I had a problem and knew something was up but I knew I had a scheduled maintenance appointment coming up so I let him know when he arrived. He showed up on time. Sent pictures of the unit to me including before and after, while he was working on it so I was well informed the whole time. Fixed the issues promptly in the same visit. Re-Scheduled a visit to complete the maintenance part since my unit had frozen over. And we needed it to thaw. Did the cleaning of the unit today and everything nearly looks like new. Friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. Photos of the frozen over ac components and how it looked today. The unit is operating well and as expected. Thank you Gerald!
