Emergency AHC&P has been one of my better decisions. When our unit gave out (after nine years) no one else would help us in short order, except Emergency Air. Today, Jrae arrived right when promised. He explained everything along the way, offered options to me and spoke in terms I could understand. He was thorough, professional and courteous the entire visit. Hopefully my neighbors will get onboard with Emergency Air.

I had a technician come out a week ago to do a tuneup told me that everything was fine today. It was one of the first hot day in Phoenix and all of a sudden I had no cooling in my home around the system for hours before finally calling emergency air and cooling got through to the emergency. Dispatch told me that I’d have a technician at my home tonight. Received a call hours later stating that the technician was in Maricopa and unable to come to my home tonight, which makes it difficult because we have four children in our home and now it’s hot and again we just had a tune up last week and they say that everything is fine but all of a sudden it’s not very frustrating. Then the on-call manager has the audacity to tell me to have a pleasurable night when I’m stuck in this house that’s heating up and has no sense of courtesy for what her customers are going through especially with children in our home. It’s amazing that this place calls themselves emergency air, but only has ONE technician for the entire valley at least two would suffice but only having one for an entire valley when the heat is starting to surge makes no sense. We will definitely be switching back to Parker and sons once they fix whatever it needs to be fixed.

I recently had preventative maintenance done on my AC system. I had an excellent experience. Eddie arrived on time was professional and performed a very thorough inspection and service of the unit. He cleaned the system, checked all the components and made sure everything was running efficiently before the hotter weather sets in I really appreciated how Eddie explained what he was doing and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. It gives me peace of mind, knowing my AC is ready for the season and operating at its best. Great customer service, honest work and very knowledgeable is how I would explain Eddie. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to keep their AC system maintained and running smoothly. Well done, sir.

Beware of the "Emergency Air & Heat" 24/7 company. On a Thursday they come and did a routine electric filter change after upselling me a $1500 part. At 11:30pm, I noticed sparks & snapping sounds coming from the filter INSIDE my home. I immediately called them for assistance. I was told someone would get back to me the next day. Sleeping was impossible as I was afraid of a fire. Holly, who is the manager, returned my call Friday and told me it that sparks and snapping sounds were normal and they should stop within a week. I had never had this problem before and I requested for someone to come and look at my unit. She said no, they didn't have anybody available. So, No sleep again Friday night. I called Holly back Saturday morning for help. She said they run on a skeleton crew on weekends and no one could help me. When I objected, she said "we are helping people that actually need help and are without heat! We can schedule you for Monday". I ended up having a neighbor come and unplugged the electric filter on Saturday morning. They did send a tech out on Monday & it took him 5 minutes to fix the bent frame. No more sparking & snapping sounds. I reached out several times to complain, but never one ever responded back. I do NOT, I repeat DO NOT recommend anyone to use this company for help on a weekend. Emergency Air 24/7 is false advertising as far as I'm concerned.

Complete fraud - DO NOT USE this company! We had a leak in our main line and asked for a repair technician. The technician then asked his supervisor, Paris, to come out. Paris told me the entire main line had to be replaced because it was polybutylene, which cannot be repaired (this part is true). The way Paris identified the material was by digging a hole next to the meter box, where he could see a plastic material attached to the copper City line, extending under our driveway. He first asked me if I knew what polybutylene was, and when I said No, he told me it cannot be repaired, that there is no way to glue it (which is true). He then proceeded to tell me it would cost over $30,000 (yes, thirty thousand) to replace it! He didn't misidentify the material, he flat out lied because I told him I didn't know what it was. The material connected to the City line is PVC, easily identified by the fact that is was GLUED to the adapter attached to the City line. Polybutylene cannot be glued, so this was the dead giveaway that it was not that material. He then tried to convince me that they were the only company who could properly replace the line. He did not know that at the time I was texting our regular plumber, who came out later that day. He identified the material as PVC, and said it could absolutely be repaired - but, even if it couldn't, there was no way replacing the main line with PET-A would even cost half the amount Paris quoted. The broken line was repaired for less than $1,000 (it required a lot of digging to find the pinhole). Paris wouldn't even try to find the leak. Absolute fraud - DO NOT USE this company. I'm attaching a pic of the broken section of PVC main line that was cut-out and replaced by a reputable and honest plumber.
