Very impressed with this company and specifically Kyle and Ryne. I submitted for an initial painting quote from an ad on Facebook, then admittedly became addicted with inputting my info and ended up submitting 7-8 inquiries. Other companies gave quotes via the DMs, others over the phone and only three companies requested to come to the house. AZ Painting Company had a dialed in process for getting out to my home, was able to get me a quote same day, and took the time to go over the process/ask question/consult with how I wanted the project completed. They aren't the most expensive, nor are they the least expensive. But they are the only company that gave me confidence that the job would be done correctly without cutting corners. Kyle represents the company extremely well. Excited to see their work.

Very disappointed in the quality of work that they've done the quality and clemliness. Paint on the floor paint on my windows paint on my walls from them spraying my doors. The project manager only came out once addressed the issues. But obviously once he was gone. A few of the issues got resolved but a crappie job of getting the pain off. My floors also missed quite a bit of paint. Reached out the same day that the painters completed the work to let them know that we had overspray from the sprayer. On my walls and flooring and the project manager still has not returned our call.

All in all a very good experience. We received quotes from other companies and after reading reviews we chose Arizona Painting Company. The price quoted was competitive and the warranty was what we were looking for. We were doing a major color change on the exterior of our home and we wanted a company with a proven record. The technician, Andrew Mendez, was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and committed to providing us with the best result possible—I recommend him highly. The office personnel also exemplified competence and earned my trust. Yeah, you can shop around but look at reviews and put your money with a company that’s proven.

I hired Arizona Painting to paint and seal my commercial building. I had been experiencing water leaks in the front section of the building. Before contacting them, I spent $46,000 redoing the roof, thinking that was the cause. When the leaks continued, it was determined that the block walls were absorbing water and leaking through to the interior. I was referred to Arizona Painting and met with their sales representative. I made it very clear that my main goal was to stop the leaks, and I requested extra care be taken on the front portion of the building. The sales rep assured me that, after applying their sealer and paint, the building would not leak. However, after the job was completed, the building leaked again. I called the office four times with no return calls. Only after contacting Rosie on the House, who had referred me, did I receive a prompt response. Within minutes, the office called and said their commercial manager would review the job. The commercial manager did call but never followed up as promised. I reached out to him twice with no response. Again, after contacting Rosie on the House, the office quickly called to schedule a visit. When the commercial manager finally came out, he told me it wasn’t his problem and that since the contract didn’t specifically state the walls would not leak, they were not responsible. His attitude was dismissive, showing no empathy or concern. I asked to speak with the sales rep, but I was told he no longer works there — which was telling. I reached out to Rosie on the House once more, and they arranged a visit from the owner. Unfortunately, the owner took the same stance — no responsibility, no care, and no solutions. It’s now been over two weeks with no further communication. The owner’s final statement to me was: > “I’m sorry the sales guy told you the paint and sealer would stop the leaks, but the contract doesn’t say that.” If the owner doesn’t care, it’s no surprise that the employees don’t either. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability, communication, and integrity from this company. Clearly after spending 46k on the roof and having leaks still, the sales guy for Arizona painting was well aware that I had major concerns about the water leaking. Its the reason I had the building sealed and painted. The owner has no care or integrity of what his sales guy say or do. Review the pics. The top cap for the wall never painted and I paid for the that. The exterior doors were never fully painted and I paid for that. The paint was so poor applied you can see the old paint. This was all pointed out by an inspector. The ROC is now handling this.

Run from this company. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any painting company. Their communication is horrible, their professionalism is nonexistent, and their customer service is beyond frustrating. They scheduled my house painting three different times and they canceled on me EVERY SINGLE ONE!!. I had already trimmed the trees, cleared the garage, and prepared everything for them — all for nothing. Their turnover is unbelievable. Every time someone new called me, the previous person (account manager) had already quit, and I had to explain everything all over again. I called multiple times just to get the paint color code for my HOA approval. I left several messages for two different managers — nobody ever bothered to call me back. FINALLY, after being on hold for so long, I was able to talk to a manager, and he talked to me like the biggest jerk. I couldn’t believe this is how they treat their clients. When I asked him if they even wanted my business, he said, “No, we’re canceling you right now.” A friend of mine had also warned me about this company after having the exact same experience — constant cancellations and rude communication. Save yourself the stress and time. Just run from this company. There are plenty of other painters in Arizona who actually care about their customers.
