  This was a very frustrating service call. I have tenants in my home and what I thought was a routine hot water flush turned out to be a two hour probe into my home to see what other work. Emergency Air can muster up. The tenant sent me a text stating that the worker wanted to replace a faucet I couldn’t imagine why they would even look at a faucet. So I called and spoke with the Emergency Air tech. He informed me that he was not done with his inspection And said he would call me back when he was finished and had a list of repairs that would be needed And then hung up. I sent a text back to my tenant and told him to tell the tech to leave immediately. This is highly unacceptable and predatory. Just flush the water heater… The only thing I asked you to do.

  Jrae K from Emergency Air was very professional and spent several hours thoroughly cleaning my older AC unit. He took the time to point out items that may need repair or further inspection, which I appreciated. The supervisor also came out to provide a quote for a new system. Jrae was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the process straightforward. I would definitely request his services again if needed.

  Mando was amazing Took care of our plumbing needs! Awesome, polite, knowledgeable. First, he introduced himself and thanked us for coming into the home to service our project . When over the information in detail about what was expected to be looked into to make sure all is working properly. Gave us options if we wanted to proceed. Job well done 👏

  Broc is truly a one of one technician for any and all A/C needs. He was very detail oriented, offers great insight on equipment and truly want the best for you as a homeowner. There’s not a single stone left unturned with Broc is working on your system, if I could pick him every time, I would. Thanks for all your help today, Broc!

  Everyone that we interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable! Nick did a great job cleaning our old AC and explaining to us the rationale for a new one. Mo then came to give us all the options and was able to save us some money!! He has also been very responsive throughout the installation process. I can’t say enough about the installers Darien and Chris! They were so kind and informative, keeping me posted along the way with pictures and explanations. Darien listened to us and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied with the work! He told us we could reach out afterwards with questions and has already kept his word! Darien also got us connected with Hayden to clean our ducts same day, who did a phenomenal job! We are already noticing a difference in our air quality at home! These guys are not the cheapest, but they do provide a quality service!
