Nick & the other tech were efficient, courteous and informative. They explained everything to me and even wrapped up the water hose neatly when they finished. The price I noted below was for service on 2 units. Thanks again to the office staff & the techs!

Within 24 hours unit was ordered in and installed . Personnel were efficient, workman ship was on spot. Very affable. They were done with the install in about 7 hours, this included. Running dedicated electrical line, thru attic(about 110 feet, with j boxes both ends),drilling thru brick for evaporator line to the condenser, sealing hole in the wall, and started unit up to check freon levels and room started cooling. Mike, John, Jason, and Guy were great to deal with. Midstates don’t BS you. They ask what you want, then give you an estimate that tells you what is needed, WITHOUT any markups or add ons!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and tell everyone that’s asks that they’re the RIGHT company to use for your HVAC needs. Greg Smith

This year I'm "upping" the review to exceptional. Not only did their technician Nicolas perform yearly maintenance, but he gave an orientation to my tenant. This service is above and beyond, and is the reason that I'm going to continue their service and heartily endorse them for anyone who needs maintenance or repair.
