  "Satchell Colton is amazing!" He arrived right on time, provided excellent service, and took the time to thoroughly explain how my garage door operates. I asked many questions, and not only did he answer each one, but he also demonstrated the steps I should take and guided me through various scenarios. He even tested my understanding to ensure I knew how to operate the door and troubleshoot the issues we discussed. I learned a great deal and felt completely confident in the work performed. Highly recommend!”

  Great same day service. Had so many problems with my garage door but Nye worked with me to find a solution. All in all I now have a new garage motor and have some ease on my mind.

  A1 Garage Door Service was absolutely fantastic!! I wasn't at all happy with the AI digital assistant but the real person I eventually spoke with was wonderfully helpful, kind and considerate. The technician, Lionel, was so incredible! He carefully explained all of my options and the work he had done. He fixed my broken garage door and it's been working perfectly ever since. I waited a while before giving my review to make sure that everything was consistently in working order. I would definitely recommend A1 Garage Door Service and I would absolutely use them again!!

  Very professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and gave me many options for the fix. I definitely will be looking him up if I have any further garage door needs. He went above and beyond. I had a technician come out yesterday from another company and just didn’t feel right about him so I sent him on his way that wasn’t the case today.

  Jeff was outstanding! He would receive on his own 5 stars. I'll explain the 4 star rating later in this review. When Jeff arrived this morning he took the time to explain all of the work to be done thoroughly and made sure that I understood. He worked effectively and efficiently. His approach, professionalism and expertise were beyond reproach. When he was completed, he went over all of the work he did and made sure that I understood all of the necessary functions of the newly installed equipment. The 4 star rating belongs to A1 Garage Doors as a company and is not reflective of Jeff at all. When I requested a quote, I asked for a high, medium and low estimate so that I could choose which best suited my needs and budget. A1 promptly provided the estimates. I requested 1 minor substitution (Replace the exterior keypad with a lower function model as I did not need the one with the additional features). I called and explained the substitution request. When Jeff arrived, as he was going over his pre-installation briefing, the price he mentioned was much higher than I expected. I pulled up the estimate and showed him what I was expecting. The estimate included 2 - Operator units (identical models) one of which listed an amount and the other listed the price as $0. I thought that I was being provided a BOGO offer or that the price for both units was included in the price listed on the estimate. The estimate included 2 - Operator units (Garage door opener motors), 2 - interior smart control units, 2 - remote units, and 2 - exterior units (that were the original models not the lower option model that I requested). Jeff was able to substitute and provided the keypad model that I wanted. When I questioned the price difference, Jeff informed me that was just the way their system generated the estimates. I accepted the unexpected increase and was fortunate that I was in a position to absorb the added cost. In my opinion, A1 Garage Doors should have provided an accurate or close to accurate estimate based on the discussion I had on the phone with them. If their 'system' couldn't provide the accurate pricing, that should have been disclosed in a comment attached to the estimate or to the email itself. My advice to you: Buyer Beware. Call A1 Garage Doors and verify each item estimate listed so that you have the accurate information on which to base your decision process. You cannot rely on the system generated estimate.
