- MLMelinda LuevanoMar 18, 20261.0Ordered base and most of it is rocks, was supposed to be cement mix and not rocks. What a rip off, l payed good money and money to have it spread. So now I'm at a loss. What a shame. To top it off their was a cinder block in the dump to add more weight.
