When I informed them, instead of apologizing, his only response was "well did you call us." Not only was I not given any credit on my bill, I was charged $60 for 7 gallons of diesel even though I filled it before returning it, and the fuel gauge read full??? Then, to top it off, the paperwork said it was to be returned at 6am. I waited for one hour for them to open the gate because they don't open until 7am. When I informed him of this, he not only didn't he apologize, but he denied the paperwork would say that. I then handed him the paperwork that said return at 6am. Still no apology. Apparently, my time isn't at all important. Rude and arrogant.
- VWVon WeissDec 10, 20151.0The manager was the most awful, rude, disrespectful person, I have ever encountered in a business setting. I do not usually write reviews, but this had to be addressed. He said, "..are you stupid?" when I was spelling out my e mail address for him to send a receipt for payment, and accidently used the wrong letter. He never sent me a receipt, nor did he tell me the final price or tell me how much he charged my card. When I told him he charged more then I was quoted through the call center,he stated, "your an idiot. Everyone knows there's a deposit" and called me a liar when I told him I was not informed of this. Needless to say I cancelled my rental order. The 1800 call center was very nice. The were wonderful to work with.
