  This was my first time contacting Air Control Home Services and I'll definitely be calling on them again in the future! Excellent customer service from everyone from the receptionist, dispatch, and Brandon (electrician)! Everyone was very professional and explained every step of their process from receiving a call from the electrician when he's on his way to Brandon explaining his findings and solutions as well as options! This company is such a gem in a world where there's a lack of professionalism and communication! Air Control Home Services is the Gold Star of both!

  EXCELLENT EXCELLENCE! Cam did a GREAT JOB!! No question!! He came in, introduced himself explained my options. Got to work , once completed he came in again, had photos and easy to understand information! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!! Each time I have had this company come to my home it has been a WAY ABOVE AVERAGE INTERACTION! The technician’s have always been EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!!!

  We were, as always, very happy with the service we received from Air Control in servicing a ductless air unit. The unit was under warranty and, although not installed by Air Control originally, was serviced competently by Mario. He was prompt and courteous and we were happy to have the unit back up and running just in time for the big storm that changed the weather from HOT to normal!

  Nathan was a very informative guy, someone very personable.He explained everything to me about the unit,& also told me what I need for the unit-(which I said I would do at another time).You as employer’s should absolutely keep him on your payroll. I think you found a real winner in him as an employee, & he will make your customer’s satisfied.So thank-you for everything.

The notice wasn’t just a generic “your tech is coming.” It included real details about Nicholas, his background, and what he brings to the job. Right away, it felt more personal and more trustworthy. Nicholas has over 12 years of HVAC service experience, and you can tell within minutes of meeting him. He carries himself with that rare mix of confidence and kindness, the kind that settles your nerves instantly. You don’t often find someone who can explain a heating and cooling system in a way that makes sense without talking over your head, but Nicholas did exactly that. He told me a bit about his life as he worked: how he relocated from Nashville in 2022 to be closer to family, how he’s a huge Tennessee Titans fan, and how he loves taking his son to Disneyland and Legoland. It made the visit feel less like a business transaction and more like a neighbor helping another neighbor. That sense of community really matters, especially here in Bullhead City where we value real relationships. What stood out the most was Nicholas’ approach to the job. He wasn’t rushed, he didn’t cut corners, and he didn’t try to upsell or scare me into anything. Instead, he offered practical advice in a straightforward way. His best piece of wisdom, which he repeated with a grin, was this: “It’s always better to be proactive than reactive.” And after watching him assess my system, explain the issues, and walk me through what needed to be done, I completely understood what he meant. A little maintenance now saves a lot of stress later. He showed me exactly what he was seeing, pointed out what could become a problem in the future, and explained how each part of the system affects the rest. It was the first time I felt like I really understood my own HVAC setup. He treated my home with respect, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. By the time the service call was done, I knew two things for sure: I had chosen the right company, and Nicholas Scott is one of the best technicians I’ve ever interacted with.
