They will lie thru their teeth telling you how important the home owner is to them and do everything in their power to fix the issue and they simply don't. You will have to consistently follow up or nothing will get done. If you buy from Richmond at arroyo seco estates, DO NOT SIGN off and buy the house until they fix everything found on your own private home inspection. I'm telling you, lesson learned. If your thinking of buying talk to the current home owners in the neighborhood and we will share the horror stories.
