  Teravalis is amazing! Each Playground offers unique creation and they all offer different activity and adventure! The Welcome Home Center is actively planning events each month and this brings everyone together in a casual fun setting. Food Trucks, Live Bands, and so much more! Come see all that Teravalis offers and what is coming! The Echo Community Center is coming together nicely and its incredible to see the progress!

  My experience purchasing a home with DRB Homes in Teravalis was exceptional from start to finish. Every question I had was answered before I even had to ask. Dina, who helped me on the builder’s side, provided service that went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us; what Teravalis is all about, how the homes are built, and how the pricing worked through their lender. Their homes are built with quality, and every single person from the project manager to the sales agent to the lending company was amazing to work with. The entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient, and every step was handled with care and professionalism. It was truly a delightful experience. If I had to go through this home-buying process all over again, I would absolutely choose DRB Homes without hesitation. I highly recommend Dina Benoit to anyone considering a home purchase through DRB Homes.
